VTSL has now released the first version of their new call recording service for customers using hosted business VoIP. This simple-to-use application records both inbound and outbound telephone calls for hosted business VoIP customers. The recordings are all stored securely in the VTSL cloud and are only accessible to administrators of the hosted VoIP service. Access is via the familiar VTSL Web Portal. Because this service has been developed entirely in-house VTSL can offer this at a much lower price point than any of its competitors.
