VTSL is pleased to be included as a participant in The Guardian's Smarter Working Awards. The Smarter Working Awards showcase businesses who implement a best practise solution that has leads to efficiencies, happy customers, more productive employees or a better product.
VTSL entered with its distributed contact centre technology, which was integrated into VTSL's telephone and IT system last spring. In less than a year the implementation of this technology has had a beneficial effect on productivity and employee morale, and given management greater visibility into operational functions. It has also led to better response times and satisfaction rates, which are at an all-time high thanks to the system's automatic allocation of incoming calls.
