VTSL is proud to announce two new additions to its growing team. Clair Watts and Tom Maliackan have both joined VTSL recently in support roles to ensure VTSL continues to offer first-rate service as a leading IP phone system provider.
 
Clair will be responsible for customer support and is already one of the friendly voices you hear if you call our Help Desk. She will also manage new orders, IP phone system provisioning, number porting and customer account changes. Clair’s background in telecoms and expertise in hosted VoIP has meant she has hit the ground running, getting up to speed very quickly on VTSL processes and procedures. But lest you think Clair is boring with her vast knowledge of IP phone systems, you will be pleased to know that she is a keen scuba diver, cake decorator and pool player. In fact, in her spare time you will most certainly find her either playing or officiating a game of pool—she is the Greater London County Pool Association Secretary, Waterloo League Treasurer and a B Grade English Pool Referee.
 
Tom on the other hand will most likely have a basketball in his hand, or football at his feet in his spare time. Not that he has a lot of spare time — as one of VTSL’s busiest technical gurus he is often on site at a customer’s premise installing a new IP phone system or at the support desk answering technical queries.
 
Tom’s great attitude and high level of VoIP knowledge have already made him a popular addition to the VTSL family.
 
VTSL is opening a new demo area in its recently expanded offices on Nickols Walk. The demo area will allow visitors to test different types of IP phones, watch the VTSL VoIP platform in action, and see how key features work first hand.
