VTSL WINS BEST VOIP PROVIDER 2017 for MEDIUM ENTERPRISES

VTSL competed against all the major VoIP companies, including corporations such as Ring Central. 

The award is open to companies offering a VoIP service to organisations with more than 10 and less than 150 employees. It must offer a full telephony service including connectivity to and from the PSTN, using standard UK DID numbers and with access to the emergency services. The winner is the company deemed to provide the best all round voice service and a wide selection of business features, including multiple telephone numbers, call queuing and support for remote workers.  Actual testing of the service was completed by a third party organisation and a comprehensive brief detailing policies on number porting, customer service and innovation was required as part of the application process.
