We understand that choosing a telecoms provider can be difficult. The market is filled with resellers who all offer things that sound too good to be true. And the big telco companies are reknown for sub-par service (usually requiring a long contract to boot).

ITSPA, the Internet Telephony Service Providers Association, chose VTSL as a finalist for the Best Business VoIP Provider Award for both the small and medium enterprise categories, ultimately selecting VTSL as Highly Commended for the medium enterprise category. ITSPA’s Best Business ITSP Award goes to the VoIP company which has provided the best all-around voice service, and offers a good selection of business features including, "multiple telephone numbers, call queuing and support for remote workers." Given the strict criteria, including a test of the VTSL service by Malden Electronics, VTSL is very pleased to be short listed for this prestigious industry award.

VTSL will be launching several exciting new products this year, aimed at further integrating, simplifying and improving business communications.

In addition to the expansion of VTSL’s London HQ, the opening of an office in Ireland, and the hiring of an experienced new Sales Director, VTSL continues to grow with two new additions to the business development team. Conor Walker-Simms and Sonia Sarais joined VTSL last December, both as Sales Associates. Their primary role is to foster relationships with VTSL’s partners and assist in developing new business.

The VTSL team had lots of visitors at the Management in Practice event at Kensington Olympia last Tuesday, but perhaps the best known was doctor, comedian and commentator, Dr. Phil Hammond. Dr Phil is the author of numerous popular books and TV programmes including What Doctors Really Think...16 Years of Wit, Wisdom and Lies and Trust me I'm a Doctor. His latest book, Staying Alive – How to get the best from the NHS – is full of inspirational stories from patients and carers glued together with his own reflections of working in, thinking about and investigating the NHS over 30 years.

We are pleased to announce Tom Goldsworthy has joined VTSL as Sales Director.  With over 20 years of telecoms experience, Tom has successfully built several sales teams from the ground up both abroad and in the UK.
